I am going to improve this, and that's a promise.

Namely, I got horribly lazy on his top fin; the ribs should expand and contract as he leans forward and back. Its shading isn't the same on all the frames. The wheels should move with the body; they're currently fixed in one spot. Maybe make the side fin flap.

His foot needs to be much, much longer to counterbalance the fin. It also needs a little bell on the toe.
